# Can I resume where I left off?

Yes — every lesson, activity, and quiz tracks your progress automatically, and opening the course drops you at the next incomplete item. Progress syncs across devices: start a deck of flashcards on your phone, finish the timed exam on a laptop. Your dashboard shows the full map of all 26 lessons, five quizzes, Study Lab, and three timed exams, so you always know what’s left.
