# How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click **Forgot password**, enter the email address you purchased with, and follow the emailed link. The link expires after a short window; request a new one if it has lapsed. Check the spam folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes. If the email never arrives, you may have purchased under a different address — contact us and we’ll locate the account.
